In the Design Gallery click on the pieces that interest you. On those pages you can "ADD' the glass design to your order. Then on this page you can calculate the shipping [and tax for Michigan residents]. Continue through to the summary of your order - then click to make secure payment online with Visa or Mastercard. Your order is created just for you
We make your stained glass piece when we receive your order. You should allow up to 6 weeks for USA orders and 8 weeks elsewhere. We will inform you when we are about to ship and we will charge your credit card at that time. We will also inform you of tracking information for UPS shipping.
Custom Designs
If you have a favorite crop circle design you would like us to create in stained glass let us know from our Contact page. We’ll be happy to make it if it is possible.
Shipping and Handling Information
Orders are shipped from Michigan
Orders are shipped UPS Ground within the USA. They will deliver Monday-Friday. Outside the USA orders are handled by DHL.
The shipping charges you see on your order are calculated by the total shipping weight of the pieces ordered plus the cost of specialized packaging and handling.
Privacy Policy
We will use your personal information given in the course of a purchase from our online store to enable that one transaction only. We do not trade customer information or give it to anyone outside of Blue feather Stained Glass llc.

Returns Policy
Blue Feather Stained Glass llc stands behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with uninstalled non-custom items purchased from our online catalog, just contact us within 30 days to arrange for its return; and we will be happy to exchange it for another item or credit your charge card for the original purchase price for the product minus shipping charges. Please note that it must be returned in its original packaging and with all materials or 20% restocking charges will apply. Please do not send them via the US Postal Service as too many are damaged and you have no insurance. We cannot give credit for damaged goods and you would need to make a claim against the carrier for the loss.
